Promise Scholars
The LSU Promise Scholar Program is a program for incoming freshmen who receive the LSU Pelican Promise Scholarship.

Program Completion Requirements
This program is designed to fully support students in their college experience. Participants are expected to attend:
- Welcome Event - "Unlock Your Community"
- at least one CAS academic event.
- at least one Promise Scholar event each semester.
- Academic Skills Workshops
- September Time Management Workshop
- October Study SKills Workshop
- at least one Learning Strategies Session with your assigned Learning Specialist.
- at least one meeting with your Pelican Mentor.
- the end-of-year celebration in spring.
